Returns, Exchanges, & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns, exchanges, and replacements may be granted at our discretion. To request a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. You have 30 days from receiving the product to initiate a return.
Refunds will be issued for the value of the returned items, excluding shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. If the item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage, and we will replace it.
Please note: unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted, and any additional shipping costs incurred by us due to such returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Information
We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods or fees at our discretion. Orders received by 12 PM CST will generally be processed the next business day.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address.
For international orders, you may incur import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Annual Subscriptions
When subscribing to an annual plan, you agree to the following terms:
Prepaid Annual Subscriptions: Your Subscription includes prepaid charges for 12 months of service and will automatically renew unless canceled. The renewal fee will be charged to your payment method on file, and you will be notified prior to renewal.
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date. Please note, no refunds will be issued once a renewal shipment has been processed.
User Accounts
When creating an account, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity associated with your account. Duplicate accounts are not allowed.
Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to screen orders for potential fraud or unauthorized activity. If fraud is suspected, we may refuse to process your order and/or contact you to verify your information.
